Delicious and tender steaks
I’ve never had grass fed - grass finished beef, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I knew it would be healthier - so I was excited to try it.
We first tried the skirt steak and made it into the most delicious fajitas we’ve ever made. We even think it was better than our local restaurant.
Then we grilled a ribeye and a sirloin steak; both were very tender and had a great texture.
