  • Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished

Our beef’s exceptional flavor and ideal amount of marbling comes from our lush pastures and grasses, and not from grain—just like nature intended. Grass-fed and grass-finished beef packs more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids than grain-fed beef, which are vital to your health. We believe grass-fed is best and our commitment is to offer nothing less when you eat our beef.

  • No Hormones, No Antibiotics, No Steroids

Conventionally grown cattle are given hormones, antibiotics, and steroids to gain weight quickly. At Hynson Springs M Ranch we do things differently. Our goal is to raise cattle the right way. We never use hormones, antibiotics, or steroids on our beef cattle, giving you the peace of mind that we know you are looking for.

  • Pasture-Raised

Our cattle spend their days freely grazing open pastures and drinking from our natural spring-fed ponds. They are never in a Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) environment

  • Family-Owned and Operated

As a family-owned and operated ranch, we deliver peace of mind about where your beef comes from and that it was raised the right way. This is the beef we feed to our families. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

  • Sustainable Ranching

We carefully rotate and avoid overgrazing to give each pasture the time it needs to regenerate and stay healthy. Additionally, by growing our own hay and raising our heifers from birth it gives us the ability to keep invasive grasses out of our pastures and keep our herd healthy and clean.

  • Quality of Grass Matters

Not all grass is the same. Thanks to our rich East Texas soil and plenty of rain we can grow pastures with lush, nutrient-dense, and tall Ryegrass, Crimson Clover, and Coastal Bermuda grass, which is what gives our beef the incredible flavor and marbling you won’t find anywhere else.
