Shipping Delays
Each box is insulated and packaged with dry ice to keep items cold throughout the shipping process (1-3 days). In the event of a carrier delay (longer than 3 days) please inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive spoiled due to carrier delays, please take photos immediately and contact us at hynsonspringsmranch@gmail.com (please include photos and order information) and we will replace the items. Please do not refuse a shipment, if shipment is refused we will not replace items. We will not replace items where the customer has entered an incorrect address.
Damaged Packages/Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item/s are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please take photos and contact us at hynsonspringsmranch@gmail.com so that we can review the issue and make it right.
