Ground Beef

The first bite of beef from Hynson Springs was a revelation. I thought I knew what red meat tasted like since I had been purchasing beef labeled “grass-fed” from the grocery store. But there is no comparison. Hynson Springs beef is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. What’s more, it was convenient and easy to get. Clayton told us exactly when the meat would arrive, and it was hand-delivered to our doorstep. It was all neatly packaged for freshness to preserve the quality of the meat. We’re regulars now, and I feel great about it. I’m happy to buy directly from a family ranch. I feel confident that I am serving my family something nutritious; these animals were raised on grass warmed by the Texas sun. Most importantly, it’s the best beef I’ve ever tasted, bar none.
